- How much do I feed?
- The Meal Planner works this out from your dog’s weight. A 4 oz bag rehydrates to about 2 cups, which is roughly a pound of food.
- How long does it keep?
- Unopened and sealed, freeze dried food keeps for years in a cupboard. Once you add water, treat it like fresh food.
- Can I change or cancel a subscription?
- Yes, yourself, any time, from your account. No notice period and nothing to ask us for.
- What does shipping cost?
- A flat $8, whether you order one bag or fifty. It is the same box either way.
Something wrong with your food?
Tell us straight away, and send a photo of the bag including the lot code. We can trace any bag back to the batch it came from and the day it was made.
